Shipping
Continental U.S.: Shipping via USPS Priority Mail is $24.95.
International Orders: Please email us at info@nailahsbags.com for a shipping quote before placing your order.
If there is any delay in shipping, we will notify you via email with the status of your order and an updated estimated delivery date.
Lead Time
All items are shipped within 5 business days from the date of purchase. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number for your order.
If expedited shipping is required, please contact us for additional costs.
Return Policy

Eligibility: If a product does not meet your expectations, you may request an exchange within 3 days of receiving it.
Process: Contact us via email or phone for instructions on where to send the item. Once we receive the unused item in its original condition, we will ship you a replacement at no additional cost.

Items must be unused and returned in the condition received.
We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. Consider adding insurance to your return shipment.

Receive an email confirmation of your order.
Payment:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin production.
Final payment is due within 3 days of receiving your final invoice.
Lead Time:
Custom orders typically take up to three weeks to complete. Upon completion, we will send you a photo of the finished product and arrange for shipping via UPS, FedEx or USPS Priority Mail.Returns:
